About these terms

These terms apply when you play Symbol Run, made by Snojken AB (org. no. 556834-4641). By downloading or playing the game you accept them.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play Symbol Run on Apple devices that you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law allows it.

AR mode and other purchases

AR mode is an optional one-time in-app purchase sold by Apple. It stays unlocked on devices that use the same Apple Account; tap Restore purchases in the shop to unlock it again. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Game Center

Leaderboards are provided by Apple's Game Center. Play fair: we may remove scores that are clearly made by cheating.

The game as it is

We work hard to make Symbol Run fun and reliable, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or available on every device or iOS version.

Liability

To the extent Swedish law allows, Snojken AB is not liable for indirect damage or loss caused by using the game. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. A dispute is settled by a Swedish general court. As a consumer you may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN.

Apple's standard terms

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.
